Subscriptions and Cancellation

These rules apply to paid QRest plans and supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Start and renewal

A subscription starts when payment is confirmed or a displayed trial ends and renews automatically for the same period until canceled.

2. Trials

The first billing date is shown when activating a trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Multiple-trial abuse is prohibited.

3. Prices and plan changes

Plan changes may create prorated charges or credits. Price increases will be notified where required by law.

4. Cancellation

Cancel through available billing settings or by emailing support@qrest.app before renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Failed payments and data

If payment fails, we may retry the charge. Unpaid accounts may be restricted or suspended. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the account; deletion must be requested separately.
