Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between the user and ARNAUTCODE, the owner and operator of the QRest platform. QRest is a product name, not a separate legal entity.

1. Service

QRest is software for digital QR menus, restaurant management, ordering, waiter calls, AI translations, and related features. Availability depends on the plan, device, and integrations.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and protect login credentials.
• You are responsible for employees and other users whom you authorize.
• You must maintain all required business, tax, food-service, and other permits and legal compliance.
• Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly.

3. Restaurant content, allergens, and AI

The restaurant retains its content rights and licenses us to process that content to provide the service. The restaurant is responsible for prices, ingredients, allergens, dietary labels, and order fulfillment.

AI translations and recommendations may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication, especially for allergens or health-related information. ARNAUTCODE is not a restaurant, food delivery provider, or medical adviser.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed through the available payment processor. ARNAUTCODE remains the owner and provider of QRest software.

5. Prohibited use

You may not compromise security, bypass plan limits, copy or resell the service without permission, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform contrary to the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change, or restrict features for security, legal, or supplier reasons. Accounts may be suspended for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, documentation, and trademarks belong to ARNAUTCODE or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while their account remains valid.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee business results, revenue, or complete AI accuracy.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, restaurant content, inaccurate allergen information, order fulfillment, or third-party services. Total contractual liability is limited to fees paid for QRest during the preceding 12 months, except where such limitation is prohibited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and disputes are subject to the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution.
