Refund Policy
Effective from: June 14, 2026
This Policy applies to QRest plans purchased through available billing channels and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Eligible requests
- duplicate or clearly incorrect charge;
- material technical failure on our side that was not remedied within a reasonable time;
- refund required by law or justified by the circumstances;
- other justified circumstances assessed individually.
2. Usually not refundable
- unused time after late cancellation of a properly delivered period;
- user device, internet, configuration, or integration issues;
- suspension for breach of the Terms;
- AI output published without user review.
3. Requesting a refund
Submit promptly, preferably within 14 days, to support@qrest.app. Include purchase email, date, amount, transaction ID if available, and reason.
4. Payment
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Posting time depends on the bank and payment method.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an already paid period.
